No, I didn't write a 'step by step' tutorial to create IM premium skins.
Creating IMskins is a lot of hard work and it's impossible for me to lead you through the process step by step.
On the official IncrediMail site you can find a tutorial that will be of help. When you open the SkinCreator programme you see that every single part you can add has a useful explanation tekst in the SkinCreator (bottom left)

No, I don't have a tutorial how to make notifiers, I'm just learning it myself by 'trial and error'.
The way to make high quality notifiers is learn how to make Flash movies.
